Terms And Conditions

These terms apply to the consultancy, analysis, writing and training services provided by SCORM Services LLP ("SCORM", "we"). By engaging our services you agree to them.

Scope Of Work

Each engagement is agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp is enough) before work starts, including the deliverables, the fee and the expected timeline. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate information, documents and data.
• Obtain any approvals your study needs, including ethical approval and your supervisor's consent.
• Review our deliverables before submitting them anywhere.

Academic Integrity

We provide methodological and statistical guidance, analysis and editorial support. You remain the author of your research and are responsible for its content, for following your institution's and journal's rules, and for declaring support where required. We do not fabricate or alter data.

Outcomes

We work to the standards reviewers expect, but acceptance by a research committee, an ethics committee or a journal is decided by them and cannot be guaranteed.

Fees And Payment

Fees are agreed in advance. Unless agreed otherwise, work starts after the advance payment and final files are released after full payment.

Confidentiality

We keep your documents and data confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Workshops

Workshop seats are confirmed on payment. We may reschedule a workshop for reasons beyond our control, in which case you may move to the new date.

Liability

Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.

Governing Law
