This policy explains how SCORM Services LLP ("SCORM", "we") handles the information you share with us when you use this website, contact us, or engage our consultancy and workshop services.
What We Collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address and, if you choose, a phone number.
- Documents you send for a project: synopses, observation sheets, datasets, manuscripts and similar files.
- Workshop registration details, such as name, institution and designation.
How We Use It
- To reply to your enquiry and to deliver the service you asked for.
- To issue invoices, receipts and workshop certificates.
- We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Your Research Documents And Data
We treat every synopsis, dataset and manuscript as confidential. They are used only for your project, are not shared outside the team working on it, and are not published or reused without your written permission. Patient data should reach us de-identified; if it does not, we keep it confidential and delete it when the project closes.
Payments
We do not store debit or credit card details. Online payments for SCORM Research Studio are handled on the payment provider's own secure page.
Retention
We keep project files for as long as needed to complete the work and handle revisions, and then delete them on request or after the project closes.
Your Choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to team@scorm.services.
